Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 15 days or next billing cycle of your credit card.
We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured / charged. If however the same is charged to your card / bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Petals Hair & Henna reserves the right to capture / charge your card to the full or partial authorized amount for the concerned order. There wont be any refund incase the customer cancels/returns the order once received and the product/s is/are damaged on the customers end. Cancellation of any order has to be done within 24hours ,from the time of placing the order with valid reasons.

In other words – Try our products! If you aren’t satisfied, we give you a chance to try something else! NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Exchange is initiated post return of the product. It must be unopened, in original packaging with the seal still attached or there will be NO EXCHANGE granted.
Before you go on your shopping spree, here are few things we think you should know about our products and what to expect from them –
- All of our products have limited powers up to the dermis layer of skin. So, if your hair & skin concerns are related to any internal medical conditions then there is a high chance that products may not give you the desired results.
- Most hair & skin concerns like pigmentation, acne, sensitivity, hair fall, dry hair & dandruff are related to hormonal imbalance, environmental damage, wrong food habits & stressful lifestyle. Our products can surely help you with these concerns by reducing the effect of these underlying conditions but cannot stop them or cure them permanently.
- Our products can help control or reduce the dandruff on your scalp, but that does not mean that it will not come back. A healthy scalp requires regular care, and the reappearance of dandruff can be prevented by following a dedicated dandruff control regime.
- When it comes to problems of hair fall, hair loss and hair growth our products can help you care for your hair better. Our hair oils nourish the hair follicles and strengthens hair that leads to lessened hair fall and hair breakage. Hair fall is a natural process and our products do not claim to stop hair fall completely.
- It is also impossible to grow new hair if you are naturally balding as there are no new follicles left to nourish and grow new hair. Your genetics come into play when it comes to concerns like balding and our products cannot work their magic in such cases.
- Each Petals Hair & Henna take home kit is packaged with great care and love for our customers, any damage to the box during returns will not be accepted and no exchange shall be issued for the same.
Please note –
- When returning the products in question kindly ensure that the products are returned in original packaging – with all bottles and the original seal still unbroken.
- The returned products will be subjected to a quality check for any damages .Once we accept your return you will be issued an exchange of the original item or another item of the same price.
- In case of a dispute, the company decision shall be considered final.
